Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy if the product is damaged, wrong, defective, or eligible under our return conditions.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved and payment has already been made, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time: 7–10 working days

5. Payment Issues

If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, customers should contact us with valid payment proof.

Once verified, we will either confirm the order or process the refund as applicable.

6. AP TREND JONE’s Right to Cancel Orders

AP TREND JONE reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Incorrect pricing
  • Payment issue
  • Suspicious or fraudulent order activity
  • Delivery service not available at the customer’s location
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer details

If the order is cancelled by AP TREND JONE after payment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
