If payment fails but the amount is deducted from the customer’s account, the customer should contact us with valid proof of payment. We will assist in checking the issue, but the final refund or reversal may also depend on the payment gateway, bank, or payment service provider.

7. Order Confirmation

Your order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation message/email from AP TREND JONE.

After placing an order, customers must ensure that all order details such as product, size, color, address, phone number, and email are correct.

Once an order is placed, changes to order details are not allowed. Customers are requested to review all information carefully before completing the purchase.

8. Order Cancellation by AP TREND JONE

If an order is cancelled by AP TREND JONE after successful payment, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method as per our refund timeline.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location and courier service availability.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, location limitations, weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers must provide the correct name, complete address, phone number, email address, and any other required delivery details while placing an order.

AP TREND JONE will not be responsible for failed delivery, delay, return-to-origin, or non-delivery caused due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are refundable only in cases of damaged or wrong product delivery, subject to approval as per our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Returns, Refunds & Exchange

AP TREND JONE does not offer exchange.

Return and refund requests are accepted only in specific cases such as:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received
  • Missing item
  • Color or product mismatch

Customers must raise the return request within 48 hours of delivery and provide valid photo/video proof within the return request period.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and must have original tags, original packaging, and invoice/order details available.

Used products, washed products, products without tags, and products without original packaging will not be accepted for return.

Refund approval will be given only after the returned product passes quality check.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

11. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is allowed only before dispatch.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted. Customers may refer to the Return & Refund Policy if the product received is damaged, wrong, defective, missing, or mismatched.

If an eligible cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
